How do I exchange an item I've
recently received for something else? Fill out the exchange
portion of the packing slip with the items you would like to order and
enclose it in the package with the merchandise to be exchanged within 30
days of your purchase date. Please send your package to the following

If the amount for the replacement item(s) exceeds the amount to be
refunded, the additional amount will be charged to your credit card. There
are no additional shipping charges for one exchange per order. We cannot

To receive proper credit, please provide the name and address
used for billing on the order. If available, please include the order
number, and the item number(s) of the merchandise you are returning. If
you are requesting an exchange, it is important that you indicate the

What do I do if I was shipped the
wrong item(s) or my order was damaged in transit? Please email

name, address and details on the item you ordered vs. the item you
received, or call us at 1-800-223-2378, Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm ET. If
the item you requested is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. We
will assist you in returning the original shipment for a full refund,
including original shipping charges. |

Will I get a full refund for my
return? You will receive a refund for the amount you paid for
the merchandise if: your return/exchange is in the same condition it was
when we sent it to you; your return is received within 30 days of your
purchase date.
If you used a coupon, or the items were part of a special promotion
(example: Buy one, get one 50% off), you will receive a refund for the
adjusted amount listed on your packing slip. We unfortunately cannot
refund you for original and/or return postage and handling.

How long does it take to get my
refund? We process all returns/exchanges immediately upon
receipt. It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your package via USPS.
To expedite a refund, we recommend you ship your package First-Class mail
or UPS. Your credit card will be credited the full amount of the
merchandise and posted to your account once the return is processed. It
may take 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your account,
depending on your bank. All shipping and handling charges are non
refundable. |
