Will I get a full refund for my return? You will receive a refund for the amount you paid for the merchandise if: your return/exchange is in the same condition it was when we sent it to you; your return is received within 30 days of your purchase date. How long does it take to get my refund? We process all returns/exchanges immediately upon receipt. It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your package via USPS. To expedite a refund, we recommend you ship your package First-Class mail or UPS. Your credit card will be credited the full amount of the merchandise and posted to your account once the return is processed. It may take 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank. All shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
